Lynne, my best guess is that when someone quotes a post of yours, you get a notice.
Correct. It's an option in the user CP to let someone get a PM, an e-mail, or both any time someone quotes one of their posts. The e-mail contains a link right to the post that is quoting the other post.
Used this for a long time on another forum. While I personally don't like it, some of my members are asking for it on my new forum.
