Password Reset Problem

I'm having the problem where if I try to reset my password via "Forgot your password? Click here" I am unable to sign in with the generated password that is emailed to me. When I try using the generated password it locks me out and says I can't sign in for 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I try again and I get the same thing. What is the problem??
