in the phrase "phrase_name"

And in the PHP Code/File add the following code

$vbphrase['phrase_name'] = construct_phrase('phrase_name', $vbulletin->options['bburl'], $userinfo['username'], 'Hello', $userinfo['userid']);

And in the template where you want to output it, put

$vbphrase[phrase_name]
