Font size issues

[Checkypoint]

I've logged into the Tools.php thingy and hit the reset cookie domain button and the following popped up:

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\forums\includes\functions.php on line 933

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\forums\includes\functions.php on line 937

And I still cannot click the bold button, change font size, change font, use smilies, etc. Help please. D;
