Add-on that would make users post really quality content on your forum

This is the idea:

Using XML-RPC, it would remotely post to Wordpress blogs belonging to forum users when one of those users starts a new thread on a vb forum. It also would turn replies on the vb thread into comments on the corresponding wp blog. No sync back needed (From wp to vb).


I already found the coder, which has a similar vb product and is willing to tweak it to accommodate that. He is asking $50. I am trying to raise the money, since the add-on will then be free to anyone who wants it.
