Installed mods?
Is there any way for a registered user of knowing which mods are used on a vBulletin forum?
Thanks! Pat |

Not that I know of,all plug-ins you have installed are shown in acp,and certain plugins you may not want your members to know of i.e. read pm plug in. If you want to tell them the plugins that are applicable to them I suggest making a thread announcing them.I also took a 2nd meaning to this,do you mean what plugins are available for you to install?(as in from vb.org)

Hi, thanks for the answer.
My own forum is OK, no problems whatsoever, but I belong to another forum in which, apparently, they're making a rather arbitrary use of the "miserable user" plugin. I just wondered if there was any way of confirming they're doing so, but it seems farily logical that there isn't... Thanks again! |

Only way I could think of checking whether they are using miserable user would to be to check the ping.See how long it takes to respond. Then get another member whom you think may be a 'miserable user' to check their ping (also try someone who isn't one) this way you should be able to check the response time from the URL. As this is one of the general abilities of the plug in.
