WYSIWYG in Hack

I found a how to in the articles on how to add the WYSIWYG into a plugin. But I am not using the plugin system, I'm creating the pages themself and just wrapping vbulletin around it.

How is the editor added in? What is all needed to use it. Anyone know of an article or how to or can explain that I have yet to find?
