looking for thread report notifier mod

I am looking for a mod, which would send pm to the user when he has reported a thread
also an auto-notification is sent to the user such as thanks for notifying

is there a mod currently which could handle my request or can any one make such a mod, it could encourage members in reporting the odd posts
