Admin panel >Statistics & Logs>Moderator Log>Moderator Log Viewer, then add the dates or whatever you want to, this will show you who did what.

but this is so difficult if there are many time and thread to check in large forum.

i wana know is there a way like edit history to tell who and when the thread moderated.

You can view the edit history of a thread by going to Thread Tools > Edit Thread.
