how make users able to attach file after X post

is there a hack or something else that can add limitation for attach files.

i mean that if users have X post then they can attach files

You would have to set up 2 usergroups. The first one is the one that the person is in untill they hit X posts then it automatically promotes them to the 2nd usergroup.

The 1st usergroup wouldnt be allowed to attatch, the 2nd one would be permitted.
