i want to add member list & wiki in navbar
plz give me full codes

There is no wiki in vbulletin, so you will have to ask the wiki modification developer what the link is to that page. If you do a search on "navbar" in "articles" "titles only" you should find an article on how to add links to your navbar.

The member's list already exists in the navbar, under Community.

As Lynne said, you will have to install the Wiki addon, or even get a wikipedia or wikia site and integrate it with your forums.
