I like the way this layout is set up. kinda 2.0ee. Kinda reminds me of IPB. I'm not really into the black/darkness of it but does anyone know if this is a skin that's available?

Yes, this style its called Blissfully Simple, you can find it in the following site:

Of course, the admins of that forum have edited, but that's the skin they're using.
