I asked this over at vbulletin.com and they politely advised me to ask here:

How do I get this (see screenshot) on my forums?

I'd prefer this over having the moderators listed to the right in their own box which I believe is the default.

Did you try a search on "moderator*" in "all mods" "titles only"?

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
