You can see it positioned in global.php aroud line 919. It's appended to the top of the $header template. You'll have to modify it there.

// check that board is active - if not admin, then display error if (!$vbulletin->options['bbactive'] AND THIS_SCRIPT != 'login') { $viewdisabledboard = explode(",", $vbulletin->options["viewdisabledboard"]); if (!($vbulletin->userinfo['permissions']['adminpermissions'] & $vbulletin->bf_ugp_adminpermissions['cancontrolpanel']) AND !is_member_of($vbulletin->userinfo, $viewdisabledboard)) { if (THIS_SCRIPT == 'external') { // don't output HTML for external data exit; } $show['enableforumjump'] = true; eval('standard_error("' . str_replace("\\'", "'", addslashes($vbulletin->options['bbclosedreason'])) . '");'); unset($db->shutdownqueries['lastvisit']); } else { // show the board disabled warning message so that admins don't leave the board turned off by accident eval('$warning = "' . fetch_template('board_inactive_warning') . '";'); $header = $warning . $header; $footer .= $warning; } } or might anyone from the expert help me here please....thanks in advance and best regards... |

Exactly what did you try and exactly what were the results? Like I said before, it's appended to the header (and footer) right at the bottom of that code. That is the way vb positions it. If you want that changed, you may have to really modify the code cuz they did it the real easy way.
