Is there a mod for social networking?

I am wondering if there is a mod that will show links to social networks that the FORUM is a part of... a user will then click on the link, and it will add us as a friend... For example... if a user clicks on a "Facebook" link... it will take them to a page where they become a fan of my forum's facebook page...

is there something like this that exists? I have been searching... I'm running VB Version 3.8
