This product plugin will install the necessary code to sell links on your Main Posts.
Requirements:

1. PHP 4.3.x or later (newer ver is better).
2: VBulletin 3.6+

What does it do ?

This will allow your VBulletin site to interact with the Text Link Ads interface for Monetizing your forum and generating a revenue stream. This Product will not work in tandem with Standard Text Link Ads.

This is spam he is trying to make money off of us.

You can not download the files he is talking about just links with his ref id in the URL.

I thought this was funny when it said for 3.8 then in the post it asked for 3.6
