Pretty much self explanatory, is there away to make it so members cannot turn off there PM's?
Or maybe is there away for members to have to go through a mod to have them turned off? Like how you approve a thread or post, with pm's, member clicks to have PM's turned off and a message comes up "waiting on moderation" or something like that? |

What is the problem if they turn them off?

Well we just want to make it so members can't turn there PM's off. Its becoming a problem on my forum, where a member will PM someone and turn there pm off because they do not want a response, and not finding this right one bit.

I suppose you can find the code in the template and simply remove it. I suppose that could work.
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source. |
