I have no idea what windwo that is. To find the template this is from, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

There should be source code for that box - you can even look at the html page in your clientscript folder. You just need to go View > Source Code to view it. However, I think you are right in that it isn't a template, but you can still see where the image is coming from.
