Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of a moderator guide to show new mods with some frequently asked questions like how to infract a user or how to delete posts as spam etc?

I know it's pretty straight forward but it would be nice for them to have something to refer to.

There is a good "staff member guide" at Patrick O'Keefe site
download the zip on this page, and you'll have 4 text files, a staff guide, user guide and 2 other handy guides
