Hello friends please help me.. I have a page from where I want create users for VBulletin, I need to know in what tables I need insert the data, for a normal register without special affiliations.

Your hardest task is probably going to be encrypting the password. Check the user table though, along with a look at the existing register.php. You'd also need to make an entry in the userfield table depending on how you're setting this up.

You should use the DataManagers instead of trying to write directly to the database yourself. See our articles section on the use of DataManagers.
