There's also a script that will switch all of your current users to the WYSIWYG editor. They really don't want anything less, so why not?

It's down in Mantenance>Execute SQL Query>Automatic Query>Show enhanced editor toolbar. Note that you have to give yourself perms to run a sql query first.
