Just edit the user thru the db admin interface in cpanel and make sure it has delete permissions assigned to it, there is no need to delete the current user.
Really i dont understand.... i made backup of my database database.sql.gz
after i extract it will 158mb
after i imported but i dont current style and current users i lost more than 8000+ users
in phpmyadmin i can see more all users like 53.737 users
