After registration it is as easy as to create a Paid Subscription (default vB).
Closing the entire board until paid is something you really should reconsider. Allowing unpaying members to part of the forums has a lot of benefits: - People are more likely to pay once they can have an impression of what to get. - It is very convenient to have 1 forum open to unpaying members, also to help when someone needs assistence in buying or renewing their subscription. |

we have a subset of our bulletin board members who belong to a particular military veterans association. There is a forum that is restricted to just those guys, where we want to enable them to pay their dues and purchase hats, shirts, etc. online. I've been looking for a means of using PayPal to implement this. I'd like to know what you've found. |
