More Poll Options (Admin see's who is voting only, require posting before voting)

Hello,

I have a small request, but in coding terms, I am not sure. I was hoping this could be made because I think it would be great for many forums.

Basically, my request is that can there be an option for polls that:

• Only Admins (or selected usergroups of like the staff) can see who voted
• That members are required to post before voting

They are small options, but it would be great if they could be made.
