Maybe Marco is right

Sports and sitting at the computer the entire day is 2 different worlds...

I've been register to this thread waiting for someone with skills develop something that fill that void...

Maybe someone should start a new thread so a mod could then come in and say there is already a thread in the forums for the exact same thing and then close it

Anyways...

My thoughts on fantasy sports for vB are that you will never get one that is solely coded for vB - you need a solid standalone script that someone can then write some integration modules. The problem as I see it is that fantasy sports scripts on their own are not successful enough to warrant continued development, the market just isn't there.

That being said, I had a look at the fantasysportscripts.com stuff and it looks pretty good on the surface but to me it would fall apart if there is not a DATA service to go along with it - and it's not clear to me that they provide this in any way, shape, or form.

Just giving this a bump....I really would love if a coder stepped to the plate for this. We all see how popular vbookie is...this would be huge.

Doing the 'every few months' bump on this topic

I'm putting together a sports-related forum and wondering if anyone has come up with a solution using an integrated script or a vB option for a "pick 'em" sort of script or fantasy football script.

If not, is anyone using something that took the place of it that your members are enjoying?

You can give it a test drive on the developer's forum but it seems to be what we have been seeking.
