Mini Mods - Postbit Popup Menu - Add Admin/Mod Options

We've used this on my forum for many months, and it's worked great.

Description: Ever wanted a quicker and easier way to edit a user's usernotes and/or profile without having to go to their Public Profile and squint your eyes to try and read the small options? Now you can quickly and easily edit anything you'd like with ease - from the comfort of the popup menu in each post.

Installation:
1. Go to AdminCP > Styles and Templates > Pick a Skin > Edit Templates > postbit.

2. Scroll to the bottom and find:

3. Replace under <phrase 1="$post[username]">$vbphrase[add_x_to_contacts]</phrase></a></td></tr>:

          <if condition="can_moderate()">
<tr>
		<td class="thead">Moderator Options</td>
</tr>		  
		<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><b><a href="usernote.php?u=$post[userid]">View/Edit $post[username]'s Usernotes</a></b></td></tr>		  
		<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><b><a href="moderator.php?do=useroptions&u=$post[userid]">View/Edit $post[username]'s Profile</a></b></td></tr>
		  </if>

4. Save, repeat for all other skins.

And you're done! Click on a user's username in their post and, if you have moderating permissions, should be able to see the added two options under the heading "Moderator Options."
