You could probably create a plugin using a hook at the top of the page that if do equals showrules they get an error. But, why not just not link to it anywhere? Wouldn't that be better than giving an error if they get to it?

try logging out of google and searching again :up:
even if it was there, I wouldn't worry about it, I suggest building links and quality content, it'll get indexed faster and push any misc. page out of the search
