Usergroup Colors
I have downloaded and installed the usergroup color bar and have made different users different colors.
after that i made fourm permissions so that when the users hit a certain post count they goto the next user group... the problem is if your not a admin, mod or banned it shows eeveryone all in the same user group. what can i do or try to get the users in their new group thanks |

You would create a Promotion (usergroups > promotions) to move the users from one usergroup to the other at a certain post count.

i had that done already but nobody changed usergroups after i had the promotions all set up.
i managed to get a few moved, but there is one user group that i can't get anyone to move too now.. even after running scheduled run of user promotions |

You can't get any users to move to it? You mean you set it up to move users from group A to group B and no one is being moved to group B? Is anyone currently in group B? What is the promotion criteria (screen shot is fine)?

HI..
i don't have a program to get a screen shot but the criteria is by posts... if they hit 50 posts they move up then 200, 750, 1500 and 3000 posts.... some users are moved over but some don't wanna move.. any ideas as i can't figure out |

And the promotion type is Primary Group? Or Addiitional Usergroups? Does their Additional group have "Can override primary group title/markup" set to Yes? If so, then they can choose to be Identified by that usergroup in UserCP > Group Memberships
