Is there any way to integrate Ning and vBulletin? I am currently using Joomla for my homepage, but I want to switch over to Ning social network. As you may know Ning has it's own registration for commenting blogs, videos, etc on the homepage. It also has it's own forum, but the Ning forum is total garbage.
So is there a way that users that signup via Ning homepage, or vBulletin forum, can operate both with the same account? I can't have members signing up twice, and having to login two separate accounts for posting things. |

No it's not on my server you can use your own domain for your .ning network.
I want to use Ning as my CMS/homepage and vBulletin as my forum. |

Perhaps, with some hack as the one you can use to login with your facebook account.

I'm presently using vbulletin but really like Ning for many aspects of what I want to do--why do you say that the Ning forum is garbage--I didn't think it had the horsepower of vbulletin but curious as to your observations.
thanks, Randall |
