Modification to Closed Forums
Hello,
In my vBulletin options under Forum Manager there are forums of mine where the "Forum is Open" option is set to "No". There are a few things that I would like removed from the page on forums that are closed. Please see the attached image. The items outlined with the lime green box are the items that I would like to completely remove only from pages where the Forum is NOT opened. How can I do this? Thanks for your help in advance! |

Anyone? Please! I think this is just a simple edit to my FORUMDISPLAY template, but I just need to know what code to add! Can't I just put in some type of <if> statement to only make those items show up if the forum is not "closed"?

You posted this same thing over on vb.com. I thought it was answered over there.

Try making it a category instead of a forum.
PS Some of the info is not default vB but added by a modification, you will need to ask in the thread of that modification if it doesn't what you want. |
