Poper AJAX based Post Ticker

I want a live ticker, ajax, that provides highlighting based on several different requests.

Mark with a color or Icon if:

• You created the thread
• You've posted in the thread

This should be easy to understand if its a new post or just a new reply.

I am talking about something like this:

Ive tried a few mods but noone have meet up to standards.
