Hi all.

Is there a way to refresh all the posts, as if you had clicked on edit and save them or even as if you had added a reply?

I dont understand what you mean. Please explain in more detail.

AdminCP> Vbulletin Settings > System Settings> look at the update posts setting.

What kind of cache are you talking about?

The internal cache of vB will get updated if a post is updated.
