Is there a graphical reference for the technical names of each given element in a Style, so you know what to look for when you want to change the colour of a specific area?

IE; Navbar background, Navebar font, Navebar border, Breadcrumb background, Post hearer, Post body/background, Post border, Post footer, etc, etc.
