Okay, we have categories on our homepage that look like regular forums but, when you click the Main Category discussion, everything gets all messed up, I have a screenshot below. is there anyway for me to fix that and keep them looking like regular forums anywhere?

You should ask for help from the style designer.

It does it on the vBulletin Default style as well....so it's not a style issue.

Try turning off all your products/modifications and see if you still have the same problem.
