Can not add new forums to my board!

For some reason after our last webmaster left we keep getting this error when we tried to add a new forum. i have tried everything i know to do and get it fixed but it still keeps doing it. Anyone have any idea why?? Thanks in advance!

Try going to AdminCP > Maintenence > Repair Optimize Tables

Try repairing them all.
