You dont need a vbulletin module, there is a simple way to do that.

first you must find your USERID via forums, so on the forums go to your profile, then look at the URL those number(s) at the end will tell you what registration member # you are. Then you take that number and then you will open config.php scroll down until you see super admin, then either add your number or replace the number. If you replace it then you will be the only super admin, if you add it then that number and your number will be super admin.

By default whoever uploaded and installed the forums will be super admin.
