How can I stop my moderators from accessing the /forum/modcp/index.php?
How can I stop my moderators from accessing the /forum/modcp/index.php?
I mean I don't mind them working (editing/deleting etc.) from within the forum but I am not sure if I can trust my moderators enough to let them access the modcp. Anyone with some tips? Thanks. |

Yeah i believe that its easy to do, but here is the ideal of the situation. The regular modcp has nothing but IP search and thread search. They can do anything to the forums with that.
So keeping that in mind, Only admins and global moderators have their own advanced Control Panel, if you dont want global moderators to have it advanced control panel, just go into the usergroup options and deny them access to it. It will have a selection like " Allow access to MODCP" . Hope this helped. |
