I temporarily disabled. It didn't do anything. How do I look at the code using to output the moderator names?
Here's the image of what happened once disabling: Thoughts? |

Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:
I really don't know what to suggest here because you are using a modification to make the forums look like that and you have a custom template that you created. You may have to go through the code and debug it to figure out why it is putting your name in every spot. |

Just did what you said, and it's still up. Where would you recommend to start this looking for the bug? I seriously have no idea.

I don't see a default style on your site at all in the style dropdown. What was the result?
I really don't know where you should start looking. I don't know the code for that modification at all. But I guess that is what I would start with. |

It's private I can link you to the style if you please? It came up exactly the same, with my name in the text. I have to add a function to the includes/functions_forumlist.php file. Would the problem possibly be in there? I've been looking but haven't been able to find anything.

If the style is not viewable to the public, then simply giving me a link won't allow me to view it. But, even if you gave me a link, I wouldn't be seeing it with your plugins off also since it's obvious you still have them on.
You can start by looking in that code. I don't know how to tell you what to look for. I'm big on spitting out variables left and right when I debug, but everyone has their own style that works for them. |
