Hello there, I was wondering which template should I edit if i have a fixed version of template, so I can put a vertical ads on the right and left side of the forum like the space in which this vbulletin.org has on the left and right.

You need to edit the FORUMHOME template. There are mods to help you if you so choose to use them:
