I tried setting the Main CSS width to a set pixel amount but only the logo moved inward. The rest of the forums are stuck to 100% width.

I hate 100% width forums... any ideas?

in Style Manager go to the drop down box next to your skin and select StyleVars the first option Main Table Width (pixels or percentage) should do it, if your changing it to pixels just put a number (i.e. 900) or if you want a percent 90%
