User-submitted Rankings/Survey?

Hello all,

Sorry for the n00bish question, but I was looking into adding a new feature to the site I help out on, and wasn't exactly sure if it's possible, or if there's some type of add-on that will allow me to do this.

Is there any way to have members submit their top-10 list of something, or their top 10 rankings, then let VB process or combine the results?

For example, If I want to have people give me their 5 favorite letters of the alphabet-
26 choices, everyone submits 5 in a ranked order (1=most favorite)

Then either in a thread, or in the admincp, or in a PM, somehow I can see the results in order of most votes to least votes

Please let me know if I need to explain this better or if anyone knows how this could be implemented.
