Do you have social groups enabled?
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Profile Options -> [x] Social Groups. If that box is ticked and you still don't see it, then check usergroup permissions: AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit: Can Join Social Groups and Can Create Social Groups ... must be enabled. |
