Also, if you want to send me a PM with your postbit template (make sure you put it in html tags if you send the PM), since I see yours has a couple things added to it, I'll work those into it so all you have to do is copy and replace your existing template with the modified template

postbit or postbit_legacy and just add a <br /> where you need the new line and wrap a <div align="center"> </div> around the part you want centered.
