New forum groups can't see index page

I have little problem. I want to create new forum group but when I create it, that group can't see index page and only that page. I was creating that group by copy permisions from different groups even from staff but the problem was still there.
What I am doing wrong?

You need to copy Forum Permissions as well as Usergroup Permissions - two different drop down items in the create usergroup manager.

I know about that and I did that but problem is still there.
Why is it only home page?

I just checked one of groups I created 1 month ago which I didn't use and it doeasn't have this problem. Only new groups I create have this problem.

What happens when they try to see the index page? Can we get a link to see for ourselves with a test account to login to this 'faulty' usergroup?
