Ok, I rearranged the list further, I have {M F} and then f and then fer
Now when we type it in, every part of the word gets censored except the Mother part. Like when we type it we get Mother ****** and then if we take the er off we still get it censored. How do y'all censor words like this? I think I am putting the exception wrong. I want do censor GD also, but not necissarily the D part alone. And censor MF but not Mother. Is this possible? --------------- Added [DATE]1239058780[/DATE] at [TIME]1239058780[/TIME] --------------- Alright, I'm going with the replacement variables now, my list consists of F, MF Fer, Fing etc. When I type F it uses the replacement character MsMudClub.com but when I type Fer i get MsMudClub.comer and the same with Fing, I get MsMudClub.coming I understand it is catching the first in the list but why doesn't it keep processing the list? |

Question: How do you keep people from getting passed a censored word by using a space between each letter?
Example: Censored word {crap} and member types in c r a p to make it show up in post. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

You can't. You can make rules and say you will be infracted for doing such a thing, but that's about all you can do. You can't use the vboptions censored words list to add words with spaces in them, but you can write a plugin to do a string replace for such 'words'.
