Dear coders,

I would like to request a mod for vbulletin 3.8.X that gives the poster an error message when posting a post without any attachments in certain forums and stop the post from being posted. If anyone can help this would be great. Thank you.

Should be easy enough to code.
I'll try to code this for you - just need to find time for it.
