Nothing you couldn't have done as a member UK. I think this was a smart move picking a well liked contributor of the community to compensate for this sites mistakes.

Anyway, congrats UK for what I don't know. For being such a good contributor to the community which should have entailed a thanks more than a congrats.

Thanks Shelley, I'm cool, I don't expect thanks, I enjoy what i do, either way with such a large site and the board range of members, its always going to be a struggle to please everyone all the time.

But the great thing about it is that we're all here and if we want to make this the great site that it is, then its all down to each and everyone of us to do it.

You do get the Lurkers, the ones that don't post, you get the non members viewing, for whatever reason, and you get the ones that can make the difference, i guess if everyone channelled their positive side, even if its for a day, we'll all notice what a great site we have here, and the standards which are set for everyones benefit.

We need to remember that people that help out here do so in their own time and for FREE, mainly because they enjoy it, and to me that says it all really

Hate to pop the bubble but everyone needs to remember,it works both ways.Its not always the members who are at fault.Its the attitude towards members who try to raise a valid point that causes half the arguments on this board.

Anyway congrats on being an Advisor - unsure why we need one though as the only advisors i know of are the ones at the job center where they advice u what job to look for
