You do get the Lurkers, the ones that don't post, you get the non members viewing, for whatever reason, and you get the ones that can make the difference, i guess if everyone channelled their positive side, even if its for a day, we'll all notice what a great site we have here, and the standards which are set for everyones benefit.
We need to remember that people that help out here do so in their own time and for FREE, mainly because they enjoy it, and to me that says it all really
Hate to pop the bubble but everyone needs to remember,it works both ways.Its not always the members who are at fault.Its the attitude towards members who try to raise a valid point that causes half the arguments on this board.
Anyway congrats on being an Advisor - unsure why we need one though as the only advisors i know of are the ones at the job center where they advice u what job to look for
