Disallow posts/threads with non-English characters

Is there a mod that if a user has non-English characters in their posts or threads, it will not allow them to post, and say a warning message like: "English only please..."?

This would be useful if you have a forum with a large amount of foreign users but still want everybody to post in english or at least try to.

I would imagine this would not be good for a server since you would be asking it to check every single character in a post to make sure each character is from an 'approved' list of characters.

And you can't write non-english posts by using only 'english' characters.
