Hello, my hosting company says i should upgrade to another tier in hosting for a higher price for more storage for vbulletin, but that is not what i need. finding out i need to delete files off of database, but cannot do them all, as we at the forum use the 'sticky" post file attachments each day.
so, how do i access the database where attachments are stored, and delete the files i don't need for the past year. thanks for your help! |

What files are you trying to delete??? You can use phpmyadmin to access your database files, but don't do anything there unless you know what your doing, or you can screw up your entire site.

Do NOT delete attachments from the database or you will most likely screw things up. If you want to delete attachments, you can do so in the admin cp > attachments > search > enter search criteria > delete from list
